Just a happy sight

We recently returned from a vacation which was practically perfect in every way. It included a trip home to Michigan to visit family and friends, then a week on the beach in Mexico, and on the flight home, a lunch layover with dear friends in Atlanta!

I'll share more details later (a decorating project with mom & fabulous shopping finds in Mexico that make my heart skip a beat) but wanted to post this one happy image today. We almost left this pitcher at the market - in fact, we walked away from it twice during our bartering adventures - but ultimately reached a price that pleased all parties.... and boy am I glad we did! It makes me so happy sitting on our shelf, or better yet, on the island with sunflowers spilling out of it!
